CHECK IN/OUT

CHECK IN: From 3.00 pm to 10.00 pm. Check in time has to be confirmed at least 72 hours before arrival. An extra charge is requested for arrival after 10.00 pm. All guests must show a valid photo ID, credit card and a green pass  upon check in. Please note that reservation will be cancelled without refund if such documents were missing.

CHECK OUT: within 11.00 am

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

The reservation can be made on our website www.nuancesapartment.com. Booking will be confirmed only upon statement of your personal data and payment of a 30% deposit (Paypal or credit card)

Stay will be paid:

30% when booking and your balance within 7 days before arrival (bank transfer, credit card or Paypal);

FARES

All prices are intended in Euros for the entire rental unit and requested period. The price does not include tourist tax, cleaning, security deposit, all possible damages and all other extras to be paid during the journey.

The agreed price at time of booking will never be modified. We reserve the right to change in every moment the fares of our house: every price change will be posted on our website.

EXTRA COMPULSORY FEES

TOURIST TAX: is an obligatory local tax of 6,00 Euro per person aged to 10 years and over, per day, up to 10 days stay and has to be paid cash upon check in;

CLEANING:  € 95 for the total cleaning and sanification of the apartment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Free up to the 14th day before arrival
30% of total stay will be charged for cancellation within 7th day before arrival
The full amount of stay will be charged for cancellation from the 7th day before arrival or no-show.

CHILDREN

Children 0-4 years: free of charge
Children aged 5 years on are to be considered as adults

VARIOUS

• No extra beds available

• Smoking is not allowed

• No parties or events

• Pets are welcome upon request

• It is not allowed to host undeclared people

• The observance of quiet hours is requested  from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm and from 11.00 pm to 7.00 pm.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: a security deposit of 200 Euro will be charged on your credit card (or paid cash) at arrival and will be totally refunded at check out after survey.

KEYS: an extra charge of 200 Euro will be requested in case of keys loss.

CORONAVIRUS (COVID 19)

Cleaning and sanification are carried out each guest changeover according to Covid 19 security guidelines.
